The agreed booking confirmation defines the consultation, document limit, delivery and fee. You are responsible for supplying accurate, relevant information and for acting on deadlines.
Booking and payment
Fees are due as stated in the confirmation. No appointment is final until confirmed by us. Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds follow our refund policy.
Intellectual property
Website text, branding and consultation materials remain owned by Signal Workhub. You may use your written summary for your personal employment matter but may not resell or publish it as professional guidance.
Liability
Services are provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by German law, we are not liable for indirect loss, decisions made without obtaining appropriate legal advice, inaccurate client information or missed deadlines outside our control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
