Before review work begins
Cancel in writing at least 48 hours before the appointment and before documents have been reviewed for a full refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
After preparation has started
If we have begun reading submitted documents, the preparation portion of the fee is non-refundable. Any refund offered will deduct work already completed. We explain that calculation in writing.
Cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice and non-attendance are normally non-refundable because the appointment time cannot usually be reassigned. If exceptional circumstances arise, contact us promptly; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Rescheduling
One change is available without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later changes may be treated as cancellation. If Signal Workhub cancels, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund.
There are no materials deposits or purchased goods in our standard consultations. If unusual external costs are ever agreed in advance, their refund treatment will be stated before purchase.
Requesting a refund
Email info@signal-workhub.digital with your name, appointment date and reason. Do not send payment-card details. Approved refunds use the original method. These terms do not limit refunds required by German law.
