Data we use
We receive contact details, enquiry text, booking records, payment status and documents you choose to provide. We use them to answer requests, assess suitability, deliver contracted services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. Legal bases may include contract steps, performance, legitimate interests and legal duties.
Please do not provide identification numbers, bank details or unrelated health information. If health-related absence is relevant, give only the minimum context needed.
Retention and recipients
Unbooked enquiries are normally deleted after six months. Consultation files are normally retained for three years after completion, unless tax, accounting, dispute or legal requirements justify longer retention. Service providers for email, secure storage, video calls and accounting process data under appropriate agreements.
International transfers
We prefer processing in the European Economic Area. If a provider transfers data outside it, we use an available lawful mechanism such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses and assess supplementary safeguards where required.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it prospectively. You may complain to a competent German supervisory authority.
